How do I make a booking on your website?

It`s very simple process of booking ,you just need to type in your browser url and follow the step which is mentioned on website.

How can I cancel my booking?

Visit our website then login to your respective accounts then go to my bookings and click on to cancel button.

How is total price calculated?

Per km price, it`s a basic rate which will be charged per km you travelled. This price will be vary from car to car selection.

Fix rate, for local traveling ,the price is fixed it will not count per km.

There are two types of driver allowance.

Day allowance and night allowance both allowance will be mentioned during booking.

Additional km and Waiting charge need to be paid.

How do I pay for services?

You can pay after ride or in advance and online through our online payment gateway which is very secure.

What is require for registration?

For customer registration, you need to enter your mobile number that is mandatory for further process and upload document is optional. For driver registration you need to verify your identity with any legal id proof.

Do you offer services to travel agents?

Yes, we do. You can contact us on customer service number or given email id on website.

Do you offer services to cooperate?

Yes we provide services as per requirements.

Before you travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?

You can carry 2-3 bags(small or big) with you OR as per yours and driver comforts.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

You need to mention your arrival place during the booking, driver will be there in your given time period.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

we guaranteed that this situation will not arise, but if it happens unfortunately then our customer service team will guide you in right direction to get your taxi. Our customer service contact is displayed on website.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Yes you can change your vehicle even after booking ,you just need to make some changes in your booking.
